Tektronix PG 506 Square Wave Calibration Generator
Calibration setup:

Procedure:
A - Apply a square wave with a frequency of 1 kHz, amplitude 200 mV peak-to-peak (between 0 mV
and +200 mV) to both channels A and B. Set the generator to the position "STD AMPL".
B - Press the READY soft key.

C - Apply a square wave with a frequency of 1 kHz, amplitude 20 mV peak-to-
peak (between 0 mV and +20 mV) to both channels A and B.
Set the generator to the position "STD AMPL".
D - Press the READY softkey.
