Maintenance Disassembly
AW 1.5 - 3.7kW Disassembly Instructions
1.
Ensure that the pump has been isolated and that there is not any static energy within the pump
system (i.e. that the discharge is not pressurised).
2.
Remove the cable gland, and internally disconnect the cable.
3.
Lay the pump on its side, with the oil drain plug lowermost over an oil collection vessel.
4.
Unscrew the oil plug allowing the oil to drain into the vessel ready for safe disposal in accordance
with local guidelines and regulations.
5.
Remove the nuts from the strainer underside and take off the strainer.
6.
Unscrew the strainer studs.
7.
Remove the wear plate and wear plate shims.
