Upgrade Firmware from the Printer Web Page

You can upgrade the printer firmware from the printer web page. To configure the
printer from the web page, the printer must be turned on and connected to your
Wi-Fi or Ethernet network. To access the web page, see
the Printer Web Page
1. Download the printer firmware from the Honeywell website. See
2. Click the Services > Firmware Upgrade.
3. Click Browse to locate the upgrade file, select the file, and then click Open.
4. Click Upgrade.

Upgrade Firmware from PrintSet 5

You can upgrade the printer firmware from the PrintSet 5 Firmware Update Wizard.
1. Download the printer firmware from the Honeywell website. See
2. From the main menu, click Printer > Firmware Update Wizard.
3. Follow the steps of the wizard to complete the upgrade.

Upgrade Firmware from a USB Storage Device

Use a USB storage device to upgrade the printer firmware.
1. Make sure the USB storage device has a single partition and is formatted as
2. Download the printer firmware from the Honeywell website. See
3. Copy the firmware upgrade file (typically a .bin format) to the root of a USB
4. Turn off the printer.
5. Insert the USB storage device into one of the USB host ports.
6. Turn on the printer.

version.
The printer web page shows that it is upgrading the firmware on your printer.
