This procedure assumes the system is installed in a Ruggedized Transit Case and connected to a network at the time of disassembly.

Attention: The EMI Filter assemblies will remain attached to the internal case frame with ground cables during the removal of the system. These ground cables are delicate and may be damaged if the EMI Filter assembly is pulled too hard.

Ensure that there is adequate clearance of the EMI Filter assembly while removing the system.

Pull the bottom M.2 SSD back, unseating it from the M.2 SSD connector on the Motherboard, and remove it from the enclosure. Once removed, set the bottom M.2 SSD aside on an ESD-safe surface.

Turn the system back over so that the chassis is upright again. g. From the front of the chassis, remove the sixteen screws securing the System Fan Module mounts (four screws each) using a T8 Torx screwdriver.
