The buttons on our Promethean ActivPanel LX have stopped working along with the remote. Is it possible it has somehow been locked and, if so, can you advise how we can unlock the board. We only purchased the board in January. Many thanks
To unlock the buttons and remote on a Promethean ActivPanel LX if they have stopped working:
1. Check that the batteries in the remote are correctly inserted.
2. Remove the batteries and clean the terminals in the remote and the ends of the batteries.
3. If the remote still does not work, replace the batteries.
