WICHTIG: SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Um mögliche Schäden zu vermeiden, folgende Hinweise lesen und befolgen:
Lebensgefahr durch Störung von Herzschrittmachern oder Defibrilla-
toren (ICD) durch statische Magnetfelder! Immer einen ausreichenden
Abstand zwischen VACUUM -Produkten und Herzschrittmachern oder De-
fibrillatoren (ICD) einhalten.
Verletzungsgefahr durch Ablenkung während des Radfahrens! Beim
Radfahren nicht vom Smartphone ablenken lassen.
A Verletzungsgefahr durch Verwendung an Kraft-, Luft-, Wasserfahrzeu-
gen oder bei Extremsportarten! VACUUM -Produkte nicht außen an Kraft-,
Luft- oder Wasserfahrzeugen verwenden. VACUUM -Produkte vollständig von
Ihrer Ausrüstung entfernen, bevor Sie Extremsport treiben sowie vor Aktivi-
täten, bei denen Sie sich hohem Luft- oder Wasserwiderstand aussetzen.
VACUUM -Produkte nicht verwenden, während Sie Extremsport treiben so-
wie bei Aktivitäten, bei denen Sie sich hohem Luft- oder Wasserwiderstand
aussetzen.
Verletzungsgefahr durch aufgetretene Mängel gleich welcher Art an
VACUUM -Produkten! Benutzung umgehend einstellen und Fachhändler
kontaktieren.
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
VACUUM ist ein Haltersystem, bei dem base (Abb. A) und case (Abb. B) durch
Magnete zusammengehalten und von einem Saugnapf gesichert werden, an
dem ein Unterdruck entsteht, sobald hohe Kräfte auf das case wirken.
Die bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung der VACUUM handlebar base flex ist
die Montage und Benutzung am Fahrradlenker oder Lenkervorbau.
Die Benutzung der VACUUM handlebar base flex und eines verwendeten VA -
CUUM case/uni phone patch darf ausschließlich mit den dafür vorgesehenen
VACUUM -Originalprodukten erfolgen. Andernfalls kann es zu Funktionsbe-
einträchtigungen kommen.
Jede von dieser bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung abweichende Benut-
zung gilt als bestimmungswidrig und kann zu Verletzungen, Beschädigungen
oder Fehlfunktionen führen.

MONTAGE
Bei Unsicherheiten hinsichtlich der Montage Fachhändler um Rat bitten!
Die VACUUM handlebar base flex besteht aus dem VACUUM -Kopf (Abb. C)
mit Schellenaufnahme (Abb. D) und der flexiblen Schelle (Abb. E) mit Ein-

stellrad (Abb. F).
WARNUNG Verletzungsgefahr durch Verwendung an Kraft-, Luft-,

Wasserfahrzeugen oder bei Extremsportarten! VACUUM -Produkte nicht
außen an Kraft-, Luft- oder Wasserfahrzeugen verwenden. VACUUM -Pro-
dukte vollständig von Ihrer Ausrüstung entfernen, bevor Sie Extremsport
treiben sowie vor Aktivitäten, bei denen Sie sich hohem Luft- oder Was-
serwiderstand aussetzen. VACUUM -Produkte nicht verwenden, während
Sie Extremsport treiben sowie bei Aktivitäten, bei denen Sie sich hohem
Luft- oder Wasserwiderstand aussetzen.
1. VACUUM -Kopf (Abb. C) so auf die gewünschte Stelle am Fahrradlenker
oder Lenkervorbau (Abb. G) setzen, dass der Saugnapf nach oben zeigt.
2. Schelle (Abb. E) durch die Schellenaufnahme (Abb. D) am VACUUM -Kopf
führen.
3. Fahrradlenker oder Lenkervorbau mit der Schelle umschließen.
4. Das spitze Ende der Schelle durch die Öffnung im Einstellrad (Abb. F) führen.
ACHTUNG Überdrehen des Einstellrads kann die Schelle dauerhaft
beschädigen! Einstellrad nicht überdrehen. Beschädigte Schelle nicht
weiterverwenden und umgehend ersetzen.
5. Einstellrad handfest festdrehen, bis die Schelle rundum am Fahrradlenker
oder Lenkervorbau anliegt (Abb. H).
BENUTZUNG
ACHTUNG Funktionsbeeinträchtigungen durch Verwendung mit unge-
eigneten Produkten! Ausschließlich die für die Benutzung mit der VACU -
UM handlebar base flex und eines verwendeten VACUUM case/uni phone
patch vorgesehenen VACUUM -Originalprodukte verwenden.
ACHTUNG Sachschäden durch Verschmutzungen an VACUUM -Pro-
dukten! Vor jeder Benutzung sicherstellen, dass die VACUUM handlebar
base flex und das verwendete VACUUM case/uni phone patch frei von
Verschmutzungen sind.
Die VACUUM handlebar base flex und das verwendete VACUUM case/uni
phone patch bei Verschmutzungen mit einem weichen Tuch und klarem
Wasser reinigen.
ACHTUNG Sachschäden durch Kratzer an der VACUUM handlebar
base flex oder dem verwendeten VACUUM case/uni phone patch ! Vor
jeder Benutzung sicherstellen, dass die VACUUM handlebar base flex und
das verwendete VACUUM case/uni phone patch frei von Kratzern sind.
Vor Fahrtantritt mit der Handhabung der VACUUM handlebar base flex und
des verwendeten VACUUM case/uni phone patch vertraut machen und deren
einwandfreie Funktion überprüfen. Sicherstellen, dass die Montage ordnungs-
gemäß erfolgt ist.
Verbinden des verwendeten VACUUM case/uni phone patch mit der VA -
CUUM handlebar base flex
1. Das verwendete VACUUM case/uni phone patch an die VACUUM handle -
bar base flex führen und an die VACUUM handlebar base flex schnap-
pen lassen (Abb. I). Sie hören das „Schnapp-Geräusch", sobald sich das
VACUUM case/uni phone patch und die VACUUM handlebar base flex
berühren.
GEFAHR Verletzungsgefahr durch Ablenkung während des Rad-

fahrens! Beim Radfahren nicht vom Smartphone ablenken lassen.
WARNUNG Verletzungsgefahr durch Lösen des verwendeten VA -
!
CUUM case/uni phone patch bei Stößen! Sicherstellen, dass Sie zu kei-
nem Zeitpunkt z.B. mit den Knien gegen das verwendete VACUUM case/
uni phone patch stoßen können, da es sich andernfalls von der VACUUM
handlebar base flex lösen kann. Sicherstellen, dass das verwendete VA -
CUUM case/uni phone patch von der VACUUM handlebar base flex voll-
ständig und hindernisfrei angezogen werden kann.
2. Am VACUUM case/uni phone patch ziehen, um zu prüfen, ob die VACUUM
handlebar base flex und das verwendete VACUUM case/uni phone patch
fest verbunden sind. Das VACUUM case/uni phone patch darf sich nicht
durch Ziehen von der VACUUM handlebar base flex lösen.
Das verwendete VACUUM case/uni phone patch löst sich durch Zie-
hen von der VACUUM handlebar base flex ? Sicherstellen, dass der Be-
dienhebel an der VACUUM handlebar base flex nicht nach hinten gedrückt
und frei beweglich ist.
Nicht vergessen, Ihr Smartphone beim Weggehen vom Fahrrad mitzunehmen!

Lösen des verwendeten VACUUM case/uni phone patch von der VACU -
UM handlebar base flex
1. Bedienhebel der VACUUM handlebar base flex nach unten drücken (Abb.
J). Bei gedrücktem Bedienhebel das VACUUM case/uni phone patch
entnehmen.
Der Bedienhebel lässt sich nicht nach unten drücken? Sicherstellen,
dass keine Gegenstände von unten gegen den Bedienhebel drücken.
2. Bedienhebel loslassen.
REINIGUNG
Sachschäden durch Reinigen in der Spülmaschine oder
ACHTUNG
Waschmaschine! VACUUM -Produkte nicht in der Spülmaschine oder
Waschmaschine reinigen.
VACUUM handlebar base flex von Hand mit einem weichen Tuch und klarem
Wasser reinigen.

AUFBEWAHRUNG
ACHTUNG Sachschäden durch extreme Hitze! VACUUM -Produkte nicht
Temperaturen über ca. 60 °C aussetzen.
Bewahren Sie die VACUUM handlebar base flex an einem trockenen Ort auf.
ENTSORGUNG
Die VACUUM handlebar base flex kann im Hausmüll entsorgt werden. Die gel-
tenden Umweltvorschriften in Ihrem Land hinsichtlich der Entsorgung beachten.
HAFTUNG
Wir haben alle Anstrengungen unternommen, um die Gebrauchsanweisung
richtig, vollständig und so exakt wie möglich zu gestalten. Abweichungen
können nicht vollständig ausgeschlossen werden, sodass für Fehler in der

VACUUM products and pacemakers or defibrillators (ICD).
Risk of injury due to distraction while cycling! Do not be distracted by
your smartphone when cycling.
Risk of injury from use on motor vehicles, aircraft, watercraft or extreme
sports! Do not use VACUUM products on the outside of motor vehicles, air-
craft or watercraft. Remove VACUUM products completely from your equip-
ment before engaging in extreme sports and before activities that expose you
to high air or water resistance. Do not use VACUUM products during extreme
sports or activities that expose you to high air or water resistance.
Risk of injury due to defects of any kind that have occurred in VACUUM
products! Immediately discontinue use and contact specialist dealer.
Intended use
VACUUM is a holder system in which the base (Fig. A) and case (Fig. B) are
held together by magnets and which is secured with a suction cup creating a
vacuum as soon as high forces act on the case .
The intended use of the VACUUM handlebar base flex is installation and use
on the bicycle handlebar or handlebar stem.
The VACUUM handlebar base flex and a VACUUM case/uni phone patch
may only be used with the original VACUUM products intended for this pur-
pose. Otherwise malfunctions may occur.
Any use that deviates from this intended use is considered improper and can
lead to injuries, damage or malfunctions.

ASSEMBLY
If you are unsure about the installation, ask your retailer for advice!
The VACUUM handlebar base flex consists of the VACUUM head (Fig. C) with
clip holder (Fig. D) and the flexible clip (Fig. E) with adjusting wheel (Fig. F).
WARNING Risk of injury from use on motor vehicles, aircraft, wa-

tercraft or extreme sports! Do not use VACUUM products on the out-
side of motor vehicles, aircraft or watercraft. Remove VACUUM products
completely from your equipment before engaging in extreme sports and
before activities that expose you to high air or water resistance. Do not use
VACUUM products during extreme sports or activities that expose you to
high air or water resistance.
1. Place the VACUUM head (Fig. C) in the desired location on the bicy-
cle handlebar or handlebar stem (Fig. G) with the suction cup pointing
upwards.
2. Guide the clip (Fig. E) through the clip holder (Abb. D) on the VACUUM
head.
3. Enclose the bicycle handlebars or handlebar stem with the clip.
4. Guide the pointed end of the clip through the opening in the adjusting
wheel (Fig. F).
CAUTION Overtightening the adjusting wheel can permanently
damage the clip! Do not overtighten the adjusting wheel. Do not continue
to use a damaged clip and replace it immediately.
5. Hand-tighten the adjusting wheel until the clip touches the bicycle
handlebar or handlebar stem all around (Fig. H).
USE
CAUTION Functional impairments due to use with unsuitable prod-
ucts! Use only the original VACUUM products intended for use with the
VACUUM handlebar base flex and a VACUUM case/uni phone patch .
Material damage due to contamination of VACUUM prod-

ucts! Before each use, make sure that the VACUUM handlebar base flex
and VACUUM case/uni phone patch are free from dirt.
Clean the VACUUM handlebar base flex and VACUUM case/uni phone
patch with a soft cloth and clean water if they become dirty.
CAUTION Material damage due to scratches on the VACUUM han -
dlebar base flex or VACUUM case/uni phone patch ! Before each use,
make sure that the VACUUM handlebar base flex and VACUUM case/uni
phone patch are free from scratches.
Before riding off, familiarise yourself with how to handle the VACUUM han -
dlebar base flex and VACUUM case/uni phone patch and check that they
function properly. Make sure that the assembly has been carried out properly.
Connecting the VACUUM case/uni phone patch to the VACUUM han -
dlebar base flex
1. Guide the VACUUM case/uni phone patch to the VACUUM handlebar
base flex and let it snap onto the VACUUM handlebar base flex (Fig.
I). You will hear a "snapping sound" as soon as the VACUUM case/uni
phone patch and VACUUM handlebar base flex touch each other.
DANGER Risk of injury due to distraction while cycling! Do not be

distracted by your smartphone when cycling.

becoming detached if subject to impact! Make sure that you cannot
bump into the VACUUM case/uni phone patch at any time, e.g. with your
knees, otherwise it may become detached from the VACUUM handlebar
base flex . Ensure that the VACUUM case/uni phone patch can be fully
tightened by the VACUUM handlebar base flex without obstruction.
2. Pull on the VACUUM case/uni phone patch to check that the VACUUM
handlebar base flex and VACUUM case/uni phone patch are firmly con-
nected. The VACUUM case/uni phone patch must not detach from the
VACUUM handlebar base flex by pulling.
The VACUUM case/uni phone patch can be detached by pulling it off
the VACUUM handlebar base flex ? Make sure that the operating lever
on the VACUUM handlebar base flex is not pressed backwards and can
move freely.
Do not forget to take your smartphone with you when leaving the bicycle
unattended!
Disconnecting the VACUUM case/uni phone patch from the VACUUM
handlebar base flex
1. Press the operating lever of the VACUUM handlebar base flex down
(Fig. J). With the operating lever pressed, remove the VACUUM case/
uni phone patch .
The control lever cannot be pushed down?Make sure that no objects
are pressing against the control lever from below.
2. Release the operating lever.
CLEANING
CAUTION Material damage due to cleaning in the dishwasher or
washing machine! Do not clean the VACUUM products in the dish-
washer or washing machine.
Clean the VACUUM handlebar base flex by hand with a soft cloth and clean
water.
STORAGE
CAUTION Material damage due to extreme heat! Do not expose VACU -
UM products to temperatures above approx. 60 °C.
Store the VACUUM handlebar base flex in a dry place.
DISPOSAL
The VACUUM handlebar base flex can be disposed of in household waste.
Please observe the applicable environmental regulations in your country
regarding disposal.
