3.0 BEFORE STARTING Add vacuum pump oil and always check the oil level before use. Low oil level or poor quality oil will result in premature wear and poor performance. Install on a flat surface with adequate ventilation; allow 5cm on all sides of the pump. Connect via a suitable hose to a manifold or suitable circuit. - Page 5 DANGER: RISK OF EXPLOSION It is perceived that using a Vacuum Pump, with an A2L system, has a lower risk than carrying out a refrigerant recovery. This assumption is based on the fact that a system shouldn’t have any refrigerant in it, because it is either new, and it is yet to be charged, or the gas has been removed, using a suitable Refrigerant Recovery Unit (XTR-Altima A2L, XTR-Pro DV A2L or Ultra A2L).

- Page 22 3.0 ANTES DE UTILIZAR LA UNIDAD Añada aceite a la bomba de vacío y compruebe en todo momento el nivel de aceite, antes de utilizar la unidad. El nivel bajo de aceite o el aceite de mala calidad provocarán que la unidad se deteriore de forma prematura y que ofrezca un bajo rendimiento.

Esta suposición esta basada en el hecho de que un sistema no debería llevar refrigerante dentro porque es nuevo y aún no ha sido cargado o el gas ha sido eliminado utilizando una adecuada unidad de recuperación de refrigerante (XTR-Altima A2L, XTR-Pro DV A2L o Ultra A2L).

- Page 28 3.0 PRIMA DELL’AVVIAMENTO Aggiungere olio per pompe del vuoto e verificare sempre il livello dell’olio prima dell’uso. Un livello di olio basso o un olio di scarsa qualità comporta usura prematura e prestazioni scadenti. Montare su una superficie piatta dotata di ventilazione adeguata; lasciare 5 cm di spazio su tutti i lati della pompa.
