2.2 Ligação por cabo no espaço para a ligação por cabo
A ligação por cabo é efetuada diretamente na barra 3NJ6 para as
fases e também para N no caso de aparelhos de 4 pinos.
As seções transversais máximas conectáveis devem ser
consultadas nos catálogos dos aparelhos.
Os cabos N nas barras de 3 pinos e os cabos PE e PEN têm de ser
ligados aos barramentos verticais no espaço para a ligação por cabo
(ver as instruções de serviço 8PQ9800-8AA47).
Com uma largura do campo de 1000 mm encontra-se disponível um
espaço separado para a ligação por cabo com 400 mm de largura.
Com uma largura do campo de 1200, o espaço para a ligação por
cabo tem 600 mm de largura.
3 Operação
Perigo
Alta tensão!
O contato com as peças condutoras de tensão
causa a morte ou graves ferimentos corporais. A
instalação só pode ser operada por pessoal
qualificado que esteja familiarizado com as
instruções e que respeite nomeadamente as
indicações de aviso.
Aviso
Durante a operação dos aparelhos de
chaveamento e das instalações de
distribuição elétricos, determinadas peças
dessas mesmas instalações encontram-se
forçosamente sob tensão elétrica perigosa
e as peças mecânicas podem mover-se
rapidamente também quando comandadas
à distância.
O incumprimento das disposições de
segurança e das indicações de aviso pode
causar graves ferimentos corporais e danos
materiais.
Antes de trabalhar na parte fixa da instalação de
distribuição de baixa tensão, liberar a instalação
(incluindo a tensão auxiliar), protegê-la contra
religação, verificar a ausência de tensão, aterrar
e curto-circuitar.
3.1 Colocação em operação
A colocação em operação processa-se segundo as instruções de
serviço 8PQ9800-8AA48.
3.1.1 Posição de comutação quando da entrega
As barras ligáveis encontram-se na posição de "DESLIGADO ".
3.2 Operação

3.2.1 Aparelho de chaveamento e bloqueio

Ligar
•
Verificar todos os 3 fusíveis para baixa tensão e alta potência
•
Fechar e bloquear a tampa frontal do aparelho.
•
Virar para a esquerda a alavanca de comutação rebatida para
dentro até engatar.
Segurar e virar para a direita o manípulo da alavanca de
comutação. (A indicação da posição de comutação mecânica do
lado superior direito no visor central aparece vermelha "I".) A
posição da alavanca perfaz aprox. 45° em relação à parte da frente.
Depois de se puxar a pega mais fina até encostar ao manípulo (ver
figura 8), é liberada uma articulação na alavanca de comutação que
passa a poder ser encostada à tampa à direita.

2.2 Cable connection in cable connection compartment

The maximum attachable cross-sections have to be taken from the
device catalogues.
The cables of PE, PEN and the 3 pole N have to be connected to
the vertical busbars in the cable connection compartment (see
operating instruction 8PQ9800-8AA47).
At cubicle width 1000 mm a separate cable connection
compartment of 400 mm width is available, at cubicle width 1200
mm the cable connection compartment is 600 mm wide.
3 Operation
Danger
High Voltage!
Touching the live parts results in death or severe
personal injury.
Only qualified personnel may operate the
switchgear; they must be familiar with the
instructions and in particular follow the warning
notices.
Warning
During operation of electrical equipment and
switchgear, certain parts are live and hazardous
voltages therefore present. Mechanical parts can
move very fast, even if remote controlled.
Non-obervance of the safety instructions and
warnings can result in severe personal injury or
property damage.
Before working on the fixed-mounted part of the
low-voltage switchgear, isolate the switchgear
(including auxiliary supply), secure it against
reclosing, verify dead state, and earth and short-
circuit it.
3.1 Commissioning
Commissioning takes place in accordance to operating instruction
8PQ9800-8AA48.
3.1.1 Switching position as supplied
The in-line fuse switch-disconnectors are in position „OFF"
3.2 Use
3.2.1 Switching device and interlocking
Switching on
•
Check whether all 3 LV HRC fuses are operable.
•
Close and lock front cover of switching device.
•
Swivel the lever
Grasp the lever and swivel it to the right. (The mechanical
switching position indicator - top right in the middle inspection
window - shows red "I".) The lever is at an angle of about 45° to
the front. Pull the thinner part of the grip into the direction of the
handle (see Fig. 8); this releases a joint in the lever and the lever
can be placed to the right up against the cover.
