When the program is run for the first �me, the system will prompt to modify the communi-
ca�on password, with the content being "For the first-�me use of the APP and the charging
sta�on, the default password is "123456". Please change communica�on password in the
communica�on se�ng page ensure the safety. If you forget the password, please contact
the supplierto solve the problem".
It is only prompted during the first installa�on, and there will be no prompt a�erwards. This
prompt is very important, and you need to go to the se�ng page to change the password
a�er connec�ng the charging sta�on. The password must consist of 6 digits, and it is best
not to use the default password "123456". If the password is not changed, the charging
sta�on may be operated by other APP installers.
If the charging sta�on password is changed and it is inconsistent with the mobile phone APP
password, it will prompt to enter the correct password before it can be used. This also
protects the user's charging sta�on from being used by unauthorized persons.
The common situa�ons where the
communica�on password is entered are:
1. The communica�on password of the
charging sta�on is changed, and different
mobile phones are connected.
2. The communica�on password of the
charging sta�on is changed, and the mobile
phone reinstalls the APP.
If you do forget the password, you can take
a screenshot as shown in the figure below
and send it to the supplier, and then you
can get help from the operator.
