Wired Controller Placement
Wired Controller Placement
Wired controllers include a sensor to detect room temperature. To
maintain comfort levels in the conditioned space, the wired controller
must be installed in a location away from direct sunlight, high humid-
ity, and where it could be directly exposed to cold air. Controller must
be installed four (4) to five (5) feet above the floor where its display
can be read easily, in an area with good air circulation, and where it
can detect an average room temperature.

Optional WiFi Control
WiFi control is an option for ceiling cassette indoor units. WiFi control requires the optional WiFi module PWFMDD200 and the ThinQ app on
a compatible device such as a smartphone. Install the WiFi module by connecting it to the CN_WF / CN_WiFi connector on the indoor unit
motherboard. Refer to the ThinQ manual for operation details.
