If your state trace doesn't appear to be correct (capturing the same
RAM address twice, for example), make sure the state/timing switch is
in the state position. If it is not in the proper position, place it in the
state position and run the trace again.
An
incorrect state trace may also result from system noise causing the
internal clock of the preprocessor interface to become out of phase
with the internal clock of the 80386DX. To get the HP 10314D back in
synchronization with the 80386DX, reset the target system and run the
trace again.
