Installation Procedure - Toto GE TBG07001U Installation And Owner's Manual

NOTE: Thoroughly flush the water supply line prior to installation.
IMPORTANT!
For proper installation, a nipple with a 1/2" NPT male thread extending
between 3/8" (10mm) and 3/4"(19mm) beyond the finished wall is required.
NOTE: The hole for the nipple should not be larger than 1" (25mm) in
diameter.
1. Wrap pipe tape around the free end of the nipple, then thread the pipe
adapter onto the nipple, taking care not to damage the o-ring.
2. Apply silicone caulk around the nipple where it exits the wall.
3. Slide the spout onto the pipe adapter, taking care not to damage the
o-ring.
4. Remove the fixing screws and anti-dropping screws and then install the
main body of the water outlet onto the fixed connector. Tighten
sufficienly with the fixing screws and then lock tight the anti-dropping
screws.
(After applying some soap water, etc on the O-ring of the fixed
connector, it wil be easier to assemble)
Please make sure that lock fixing screws and anti-dropping screws are
secured, otherwise the spout body is in danger of falling.
