High Baking Rack:
Use for two-level baking and place directly on the Glass
Ceramic Tray for two-level reheating or warming.
Cookie Sheet:
Use when baking cookies or bread, etc. Place it on Low
Baking Rack which is placed directly on Glass Ceramic
Tray.
Low Baking Rack:
Use for all Combination and Convection cooking, unless
otherwise noted in cookbook.

Note: As illustrated above, two-level baking is available
when baking layer cakes, pies or rolls.
Spatter Shield:
Use with the Low Baking Rack and Glass Ceramic Tray
when roasting meats. Spatter Shield helps prevent
drippings from spattering which results in easier cleaning
after cooking is completed.
Glass Ceramic Tray:
Oven should not be operated (except when preheating by
Convection) without the Glass Ceramic Tray.
The following chart is the proper way to use all accessories supplied with this oven.
