HOW TO USE SPECIAL CONTROLS
Temp Hold
The oven will keep food warm when Temperature Hold is used in conjunction with any temperature probe cooking
operation by holding final temperature of food you select.

NOTE:
insert temperature probe horizontally into center of food and place in oven. Connect probe jack to
oven ceiling receptacle.
—Temp Probe indicator light turns on.
Program desired temperature probe cooking according to directions already given in this manual.
—Selected temperature probe cooking program and indicator light appear in display window.

After having selected desired temperature probe cooking program, touch Temp Hold Pad.
— Previously selected program and indicator light except for Temp Hold and Temp Probe indicator lights
disappear from display window. Temp Hold indicator light turns on.

Set desired holding time by tapping Time Select Pads (up to 99 minutes and 99 seconds).
— Selected time appears in display window in minutes and seconds.
Touch Start Pad.
—Oven light turns on. Turntable begins to rotate. Appropriate indicator light begins to blink while Temp Hold
.indicator light stays on.
—When oven cooks to specific temperature of food, it beeps twice and selected time appears in minutes and
seconds in display window.
_ Previous indicator lights, except for Temp Probe indicator light, turn off. Temp Hold indicator light begins to
blink and time counts down second by second.
—At the end of time oven beeps five times and shuts off automatically. Turntable stops. Temp Hold indicator
and oven lights turn off.
Time of day appears in display window.
Remove temperature probe from oven ceiling receptacle.
—Temp Probe indicator light turns off.
Some examples of Temp Hold are:
*MICROWAVE— TEMP HOLD *DELAY—CONVECTION— TEMP HOLD
*CONVECTION— TEMP HOLD
*COMBINATION— TEMP HOLD
@ Maximum of two stage cooking can be programmed before Temp Hold.
@ DO NOT USE ANY METAL UTENSIL ON THE BAKING RACK WHEN USING TEMP HOLD. ARCING MAY
OCCUR.
