TEMPERATURE PROBE COOKING
One Stage Cooking:
Step 1. Insert temperature probe horizontally into center of food and place in oven. Connect probe jack to
oven ceiling receptacle.
—Temp Probe indicator light turns on.
- Step 2. Select cooking power by tapping Power Pad, 1 to 6 times.
—Clock time disappears. Selected power indicator light turns on.
Step 3. Select temperature of food by pressing continuously or tapping Temp Probe Pad.
—Selected temperature appears in display window.

[Step 4. Touch Start Pad.]
OR
For Two Stage Cooking:
Step 4. Before touching Start Pad, select second cooking power by tapping Power Pad.
. —Previously selected power indicator light and temperature disappear from display window. Second stage
power indicator light turns on.
Step 5. Select second stage temperature of food by pressing continuously or tapping Temp Probe Pad.
— Selected temperature appears in display window.

[Step 6. Touch Start Pad.] Note: Some examples of 2 stage cooking are:
*HIGH—LOW
*MEDIUM— TEMP HOLD
*DELAY—HIGH
*MEDIUM—STAND
OR -
For Three Stage Cooking:
Step 6. Before touching Start Pad, select third stage cooking power by tapping Power Pad.
—Previously selected power indicator light and tefnperature disappear from display window. Third stage
power indicator light turns on.
Step 7. Select third stage temperature of food by pressing continuously or tapping Temp Probe Pad.
— Selected temperature appears in display window.
