Starting the Engine
If you cannot start the engine:
With the throttle slightly open (about 1/8 in [3
mm], without freeplay) while starting the
engine.

If the engine does not start:
Open the throttle fully and press the start

button for 5 seconds.
Repeat the normal starting procedure.

If the engine starts, open the throttle slightly
