MAINTENANCE

Move the Cup selector slider (5) up or down to
select the amount of coffee you want to grind. Turn
the grind setting dial (6) to select FINE, MEDIUM
or COARSE, or the two selections in between. The
selected grind setting lights up. Press the stand-by
button (4) to start grinding. The grinder turns off
automatically. You can stop the process at any time
by pressing the stand-by button (4).
After grinding, unplug the appliance and empty the
coffee grinder. To unlock and remove the grinding
container (3) twist it counterclockwise and lift it
straight up.
Unplug from the mains before cleaning.
Always clean the appliance immediately after use.
Never clean the appliance with water or immerse it
in water. The housing (1) can be cleaned with a soft,
damp cloth.
The removable grinding container (3) can be cleaned
with hot, soapy water and a soft brush.
To clean the lid (2), wipe it with a damp cloth. Never
use chemicals, steel wool or abrasive agents for
cleaning. Washing-up liquid can be used, but never
abrasive cleaners.
When the appliance is not in use, it must be switched
off and un-plugged.
Keep the coffee grinder in a safe, dry place out of the
reach of children.
The coffee grinder does not require maintenance,
apart from the occasional function check.
Any other servicing should be performed by an
authorized service representative.
