Pumps with brushless DC-motor have a thermal overload protec- tion with automatic recovery to protect the motor from overheat- ing. Insert the diaphragm (3) and tighten it well by hand. By slightly pressing on the diaphragm, the ridge on the under- side of the diaphragm can be positioned into the groove of the housing. Place the head plate (12) according to Figure 4.
