OWNER'S TECHNICAL MANUAL
DESCRIPTION
The G10042 Cordless Grease Gun is designed to dispense petroleum-based NLGI1 & NLGI2 greases for general
lubrication applications.
A 76cm (30") long high-pressure flexible extension hose, grease coupler, charger and carry case are also included.
The gun has a flow rate of 75gm per minute and a high pressure delivery rate up to 7000psi (517bar).
The battery output power is 14.4V Ni-Cd and the battery capacity is 1500mAH & comes with a 1 hour quick charger
(UL/SAA/GS/BS approved) and comes complete with 2 x 1500mAH batteries.
The G10042 Cordless Grease Gun has a grease barrel ready for most 450gm cartridges and is approximately 6.3kg.

Make sure the power source voltage for connecting the battery charger is the same as that shown on the charger specification plate. Connect thecharger to the power source. 2. Place the battery in the charger. Do not force - the slot on the battery and the charger base must be aligned.
