Q.
Not finding the COM port. On my Thinkpad notebook I have the COM port
set correctly, but continue to get an error on startup that it can't find the COM
port. Why?
A.
Under ThinkPad features, you can enable and disable the serial port
as well as assign its COM Port. Once it is set to the COM Port the keypad
is looking for and it is enabled, then the error prompt will go away.
Q.
Switching from Version 1.0 to version 2.0. Are the drivers interchangeable
between the 2 different keypads?
A.
The Keypad manager for version 2.0 and the original keypad driver set
are not interchangeable. The drivers will only be able to work with the
applicable keypad. It is recommended that you uninstall the old keypad
before installation the new driver and keypad manager.

User Manual. I lost the user manual can I get a replacement?
A.
The 22-Key Keypad User Manual is available for viewing, downloading
and printing. It is in a Acrobat Reader PDF format for ease of use. Download
