Not working. I've installed the keypad manager but after the computer
restarted, the keys don't do anything. What's wrong?
A.
The keypad manager needs to be configured for the correct COM port.
1. Click on the keypad manager icon down in the system tray "123".
2. Click on Options
3. Select Configure COM Port
4. Change the current setting to your notebook's setting (most likely,
COM1)
5. Click on OK
Now Test the Keypad
6. Click on Options then Test Keypad
7. Press on the keys until all have been tested
8. Press ESC on your main keyboard if nothing is happening and select a
different COM port

Testing the Keypad. How can I test the keypad?
A.
The Keypad manager has a test keypad option.
1. Click on the keypad manager icon down in the system tray "123".
Now Test the Keypad
2. Click on Options then Test Keypad
3. Press on the keys until all have been tested
4. Press ESC on your main keyboard if nothing is happening and
select a different COM port (follow instructions in previous question)
