You can have multiple calls on hold and resume a call at
any time.
To hold a call:
• Highlight the call and press the Hold soft key or
press the Hold key.
To resume a call:
• Highlight the call and press the Resume soft key,or
press the Hold key.
T R A N S F E R R I N G C A L L S
Consultative - Announce the call prior to transferring.
Your ID will be displayed to the person receiving the
transfer.
Blind - Transfer a call without announcing it first. The ID
of the transferred party will be displayed to the person
receiving the transfer.
Performing a transfer using Consultative (when set as
default)
1. While on an active call, press the Transfer
Caller is placed on hold.
2. Dial the number or extension.
3. When the receiving party answers, announce the
call.
4. Press the Transfer key again and hang up.
Performing a transfer using Blind (when set as default)
1. While on an active call, press the Transfer
Caller is placed on hold.
2. Dial the number or extension, and press send.
3. Hang up.
Note: To use a transfer type that is not your default
setting, press the Transfer soft key and select the transfer
type to use before dialing, or change your default.

Changing your Default Transfer Type
1. Press the Home
2. Select Settings > Basic > Preferences > Default
Transfer Type
3. Choose your default type.
Performing a transfer directly to Voicemail
1. While on an active call, press the Transfer
2. Dial *98 then the extension or number. If there is
a 3 second delay, the transfer will go to your own
mailbox.

You can forward an incoming call to a contact or forward
all incoming calls to a contact.
To forward an incoming call:
1. On the Incoming Call view, select Forward.
2. Enter your contact's number and select Forward.
To forward all incoming calls:
1. Select the Forward soft key, or in the main menu,
key.
select Forward.
2. Enter the phone number you wish to forward the
calls to, and select the Enable soft key.
If you chose No Answer, you can enter the number of
rings before the call is forwarded.
To disable call forwarding:
1. Select the Forward soft key, or in the main menu,
key.
select Forward.

You can place a call on hold and pick it up from any other
phone.
To park a call:
1. When on an active call, press the Hold
2. Press the New Call soft key
3. Dial *55
4. Pause for instructions, then dial the extension or
press # to park the call on your own extension

have Active or Held calls in progress.

placed call entries.
To view Recent Calls by type:
View calls using the navigation keys.
Missed Calls - Press the Down arrow once.
Placed Calls - Press the Right arrow.
Received Calls - Press the Left arrow.
Favourites - Press the Up arrow.
