TROUBLESHOOTING

POSSIBLE CAUSE
The ducting is blocked.
Incorrect ducting used.
Ducting route is very long.
Incorrect ducting used
in installation.
Ducting installed incorrectly.
Range hood is trying to reconnect
to the Wi-Fi network.
Range hood is still connected to
old Wi-Fi network.
You are not connected to
the internet.
Range hood is trying to reconnect
to the cooktop.
Using an induction cooktop.
High ambient temperature,
humidity or low natural ventiliation
in the room.
Height of range hood installation.
WHAT TO DO
Check the ducting and external vent
for kinks or blockages.
Check that the correct ducting
has been used as per the
installation guide.
Check the ducting route is as short
as possible.
Check ducting is installed as per the
installation guide.
Check ducting is installed as per
installation guide, with no loose
sections, kinks or vibrations.
Check your Wi-Fi router.
Press and hold Wi-Fi button until it
flashes red. Open SmartHQ App and
follow instructions on screen.
Check your Wi-Fi router.
Check your cooktop.
Condensation can be minimised.
