For each wheel, slide in the pin and secure the
wheel with the bolt.

Turn the machine over and remove the foam.

Install the handlebar tube as follows:
A.
Rotate the spreader bolt clockwise.

Insert the handlebar tube into the red
bracket and secure it as shown.

Remove and discard the spreader bolt.
D.
Tighten the fasteners until the handlebar
tube is snug.
10.
On the handlebar assembly, connect the cables
to the drive levers if they are not attached.
