Preface 1.1 Audience This manual is intended to provide clear operating instructions for those responsible for configuring and managing the PRI VoIP Gateways. By carefully reading and consulting this manual, to help the audience solve the setting and deployment issues of the PRI VoIP Gateway.

    2. Overview 2.1 Product Overview ZYCOO G401 is a powerful enterprise-grade PRI Gateway designed to ensure reliable and high-quality voice and data transmission through E1/T1 port. G401 gateway utilizes the standard SIP protocol and is equipped with 1 E1/T1 port. It complies with the Primary Rate Interface (PRI) standard, supporting 30 B-channels for voice and data and 2 D-channels for signaling and control.

Click the Add button to create a new SIP trunk, typically, when creating a SIP trunk, users only need to configure the authentication information in the "Basic Settings".
