Fan motor and fan wheel
1.
Disconnect the main power and shut off the fuel supply.

Before obtaining access to electrical and fuel line components
all supply circuits must be disconnected.

Disconnect electrical connection to the motor.
Loosen screws on the motor fl ange and lift out the motor.

Loosen and remove the fan wheel, clean or replace if necessary.

If replacing: fi t the new motor on the existing motor fl ange.
6.
Check that the o-ring (J) is intact and that it is not damaged during
fi tting.
7.
Fit the fan wheel so that there is a small gap between the motor
fl ange and the fan wheel, check that no scraping noises are heard
or any imbalance.
Refi t the motor.
8.
9.
Connect the motor's electrical connection.
10.
Turn on the main power and open the fuel supply.
11.
Start burner and check/adjust combustion.
When servicing/replacing components that aff ect combustion,
!
fl ue gas analysis and soot test shall be carried out on the
installation.
