    3.3.1 Preparation for Power on Before using the equipment, check for any mechanical damage and make sure that all external cables, plug-ins and accessories are properly connected. Plug the power cord into the AC power source. If you run the equipment on battery power, ensure that the battery is sufficiently charged.

    Testing and Maintenance 4.1 Introduction The expected service life of the equipment is five years. To ensure the equipment always functions normally, qualified service personnel should perform regular inspection, maintenance and test. This chapter provides a checklist of the testing procedures for the equipment with recommended test equipment and frequency.
