After the warranty period has expired, you also have the option to send a defective device for repair. Repairs
after the warranty period has expired are chargeable. You will receive a cost estimate from us before car-
rying out the repair.
In case of a return, please note the following:
Before returning an item, please contact the service center via our service@bresser.de email! Make sure the
item is shipped carefully packaged. If possible, use the original packaging. Fill out the return form below
and include it with a copy of the purchase receipt with the shipment. Unfree shipments cannot be accepted!
