EISEN: Eisen ist selten ein erwünschtes Suchobjekt, da es ein häufig verwendetes, minderwertiges Metall darstellt. EISENHALTIG (FERROUS): Metalle die aus Eisen bestehen oder Eisen enthalten. PUNKTORTUNG (PINPOINT): Die Punktortung ist ein Verfahren um die genaue Lage eines vergra- benen Gegenstandes zu ermitteln. DOSENVERSCHLÜSSE (PULL-TABS): Weggeworfene Verschlüsse von Getränkedosen BODENABGLEICH (GND BAL): Beim Bodenabgleich (Ground Balance) lassen sich die natürlich vor- kommenden Mineralien im Boden ignorieren. -

7 Vor der Inbetriebnahme 1. Dieser Metalldetektor ist nur für den Außenbereich vorgesehen. Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht im Haus. Falsche Signale können durch elektrische Störfrequenzen oder Metallschrott verursacht werden. 2. Sollten Fehlsignale auftreten, stellen Sie die Empfindlichkeit auf die niedrigste Stufe. Zu Beginn sollten Sie immer mit einer niedrigen Empfindlichkeitsstufe anfangen. -

Non-motion mode: "ALL METAL" und "GND BAL". In diesen Modi erzeugt der Detektor einen mittleren Ton, wenn sich das Zielobjekt unter der Spule be- findet und Sie dabei die Suchspule nicht bewegen. Sie können den Wert von GND BAL (Bodenab- gleich) einstellen, um Störungen die durch mineralhaltigen Boden erzeugt werden, zu beseitigen. -

• Im DISC und NOTCH Modus wird je nach Metallkategorie einer von drei Tönen wiedergegeben. Das macht es leichter, verschiedene Metallarten einzuordnen. • Bei Gold erklingt ein tiefer Ton, bei Aluminium ein mittlerer Ton und bei Silber gibt das Gerät einen hohen Ton wieder. -

Hinweis: Die Zielwerte sind visuelle Hinweise. Viele andere Arten von Metall können in jede dieser Kategorien fallen. Der Detektor kann das Vorhandensein der meisten gängigen Metallgegenstände anzeigen. Es ist unmöglich, alle begrabenen Objekte genau zu klassifizieren. 19 Tiefenanzeige Der Tiefenindikator zeigt die relative Tiefe des Ziels an. Münzgroße Objekte werden genau erkannt. Große und unregelmäßig geformte Objekte werden nur grob erkannt. -

FERROUS: Metals which are made of, or contain, iron. PINPOINTING: Pinpointing is the process of finding the exact location of a buried object. PULL-TABS: Discarded pull-tabs from beverage containers. GROUND BALANCE (GND BAL): Ground Balancing is the ability of the detector to ignore the earth’s naturally occurring minerals. -

18 Numerical target indicator The LCD shows the probable type of the target, as well as the probable depth of the target and a nu- merical value (Target-ID) for target identification. The categorization should serve as a visual refer- ence point. Many other metal objects can fall into each of these categories. Types of metal: GOLD:Gold objects are reported on the left side of the LCD scale. -
