Headers
Extra USB headers (FPUSB0/
FPUSB1) can be used for front
side USB access. You will need a
USB cable (not included) to use
either connection.

Serial Ports
The COM1 serial port is located
under the parallel port (see Figure
2-3). See the table on the right for
pin definitions. The COM2 connec-
tor is a header located near the
PCI-X #1 slot on the motherboard.
LAN1/2 (Gb Ethernet Ports)
Two Gb Ethernet ports (desig-
nated LAN1 and LAN2) are located
beside the VGA port on the IO
backplane.
These ports accept
RJ45 type cables.
ATX PS/2 Keyboard and
PS/2 Mouse Ports
The ATX PS/2 keyboard and the
PS/2 mouse are located on J29.
See the table on the right for pin
definitions.

green and the keyboard port is
purple. See Figure 2-3.)
