Average speed and average fuel
consumption
General information
Average speed and average fuel consumption
are calculated for the distance traveled since the
last reset in the Onboard Computer.
Periods in which the vehicle is parked with the
engine manually stopped are not included in the
calculation of the average speed.
Resetting average values
Press and hold button on turn signal lever.

Engine temperature display
General information
Displays the current engine temperature, based
on a combination of coolant and engine oil tem‐
perature. As soon as the optimum operating

temperature has been attained, the indicator is in
the center position.
If the engine oil or coolant, and thus the engine,
become too hot, a Check Control message is
displayed too.

Onboard Computer on the
Control Display
Concept
The Onboard Computer displays different vehi‐
cle data on the Control Display, such as average
values.
General information
Two types of Onboard Computers are available
on the Control Display:
▷
"Onboard info": average values, such as the
fuel consumption, are displayed. The values
can be reset individually.
▷
"Trip computer": the values deliver an over‐
view of a certain distance and can be reset as
often as necessary.
