The messages will appear at the end of the program and when the washing
machine is switched on, and need to be confirmed with the OK sensor button.

Possible cause and solution
The detergent in the cartridge is running low. There is
enough left for approx. 4 to 8 wash programs.
Order a new cartridge.
The cartridge is empty.
Replace the cartridge.
Check if the laundry is clean. There may not have
been enough detergent.
If there was not enough detergent, wash the
laundry again.
TwinDos dispensing via compartment and/or
has not been used for a long time.
Use TwinDos for one of your next wash cycles.
Carry out the TwinDos maintenance program as
described in "Cleaning and care – TwinDos
maintenance".
