Set the same USB serial number as that of the existing printer to the new printer using the
TMUSB Identifier Utility.
To set the same USB serial number to multiple printers, repeat
❏ Replacing procedure

Disconnect the existing printer, and connect the new one on which the USB serial number
has been set.

You can print using the same printer port as before, since the same USB serial number is set.
You do not need to change the client computer or the application.
Ethernet interface model
Set the new printer the network settings such as the IP address of the existing printer. Setting is
made with EpsonNet Config. The printer driver setting is not necessary.
❏ Preparation
• Obtain the network information (such as IP address) of the existing printer using EpsonNet
Config.
❏ Replacing procedure

Disconnect the existing printer from the network.

Connect the new printer to the network, and turn it on.

Make the network setting for the new printer according to setting information of the
existing printer using EpsonNet Config.
