Making calls using select services
Rejecting a waiting call (VoIP)
You can hear the call waiting tone but do not want to speak to the caller.

The waiting caller hears the busy tone.
Please note
You can also press the end call key a to end the current call, and then press the
talk key c again to accept the second call.
Consulting an external call
You can call a second external caller. The first call is placed on hold.
During an external call:

The phone number is dialled. You are connected to the second participant.
If the participant does not answer or you want to end the call to the second partic-

The consultation call is established via the same send connection as the first call.
Please note
You can also select the second participant's phone number from the directory,
redial list or a call list on the handset.
Ending a consultation call

You are reconnected to the first call participant.
You can also end a consultation call by pressing the end call key a. The connection
is briefly interrupted and you will receive a recall. As soon as the call is accepted, you
are reconnected to the first call participant. Prerequisite for VoIP connections:

You can speak to two callers one at a time (call swap).
Prerequisite: You are conducting an external call and have called a second partici-
pant (consultation call) or have accepted a waiting call.

Use q to swap between the participants.
The caller you are currently speaking to is marked with the > icon.
Ending a currently active call

You are re-connected to the waiting caller.
