DO NOT operate the NEO100 lifting hook nor repair it if it is damaged or lacks components. DO NOT lift more than the Working Load Limit of 100,000 kg. / 220,462 lb. indicated per NEO100 lifting hook and in the CE stamp. -

The elebia NEO100 lifting hook has been designed to be used in normal atmospheric conditions and in a temperature range from -20 ºC to 60 ºC / -4 ºF to 140 ºF. The NEO100 lifting hook must not be used if these conditions are not met. -

High Capacity Battery High Brightness LED Status Indicator Like the rest of the NEO range, the NEO100 carries a High-Brightness LED status indicator, an additio- nal safety measure which shows the lifting hook’s status at all times with a bright 4 colour-code scheme visible from the operator’s position. -

The NEO100 lifting hook can also be controlled using a free channel of the crane’s master control. The eINST remote control has to be placed in the crane relay cabinet, where only simple wiring is needed. It may be used by pairing to a free channel of the crane’s master control. -

Inspection & Maintenance At least once a year, or in case of any damage to the NEO100 lifting hook, the hook should be inspected, tested and if necessary returned to Elebia Autohooks SLU Technical Service for review. The frequency of inspections and tests may vary according to the intensity and type of use. -
