Do not return this product to your retailer until you have performed the steps laid out in
"Unpacking Your New DVD Tablet" on page 2 and contacted the customer service center.
Merchandise may not be returned to Protron without a return form authorization.
Before contacting Protron customer service, please record the following information, which may
be found on the bottom of your portable DVD player:
• Model Number
• Serial Number

Possible Cause
Resolution
Audio output format
Select the correct audio output format in the
set incorrectly
Setup menu under Audio Setup. See "Audio
Setup" on page 26.
Battery inserted
Make sure the battery is inserted and oriented
improperly
properly.
Battery low on
Replace the battery.

A button is stuck
Jog any stuck buttons on the remote to unstick
them.
Obstacle between
Remove the obstacle.

Move closer to the player.
