8.1 Service Center

When the following phenomena appeared, please stop operating immediately, cut off main
power supply of unit and contact service center for the conditioner.
· Harsh sound heard when running;
· The fuse or protector cut frequently;
· Substance or water pulled in the unit involuntary;
· Water leakage in room;
· Over heat of power cord;
· Odor is given out when running;

8.2 After-sales Service

When having quality or other problems when purchasing air conditioner, please contact the
local service center.
