0.5s, 1s, 2s, 3s, and 4s have been added to the alarm deactivation time.

Set the time during which no detection action is performed after an alarm is detected. For example, if the
alarm is set to send email notifications to a mobile device or tablet device, this setting can be used to
prevent too many emails from being sent. 0.5s, 1 - 600s.
