Master reset
You can reset all the settings in the phone to the
way they were when you bought your phone by
selecting Reset settings. If Reset settings is selected,
some settings in the phone will be lost.
If you also want to delete all phonebook entries,
messages and other personal data,
select Reset all instead.
Note: If you select Reset all, content such as
melodies and pictures that you have downloaded,
received or edited is also deleted.
To reset the phone
1. Scroll to Settings,

The infrared (IR) port
The infrared port can be used to transfer and
exchange information with another device equipped
with an infrared port. See "Getting to know your
phone" on page 6 to locate the infrared port.
