Allow Remote Troubleshooting

An Emerson RTS service partner with training level 325 and SMARTTOOL expert
license installed can also connect remotely to your actuator. An internet connection is
needed as well as SMARTTOOL standard license installed.
To allow such connection, please:

Make sure your internet connection is ON.
Make sure your Antivirus software allows SMARTTOOL to be accessed by
the web.
Open SMARTTOOL.
