"Sony Style Imaging", using e-mail software on your computer via the

A reception error may occur with "Sony Style Imaging", depending on the
settings of e-mail software such as Microsoft Outlook.
Refer to the solutions describe below and check the settings of the e-mail
software on your computer.
I cannot send e-mail messages transferred to the computer
via the HotSync
B Select MIME (Base64) format for attached files.

B If you are using Microsoft Outlook, double-click the e-mail message in the
Outbox folder to open it and then send the message.
B If you are using Microsoft Outlook, change the message format from Rich
Text (HTML) to Plain Text.
