This product (OT-CU40) is a replacement auto cutter unit exclusively for CW-C4000 Series.
This manual explains how to replace the OT-CU40 and precautions for handling it.
CAUTION
❏ Do not subject the auto cutter unit to impact by dropping or bumping it. Doing so
may cause the unit to stop operating normally.
❏ Do not touch the movable blade of the auto cutter. Doing so may result in injury.
❏ Do not touch the gear shown in the figure. Turning the gear may cause the movable
blade to move and protrude from the auto cutter unit, making it impossible to install
the unit or the unit may not operate properly.
❏ If you have moved the movable blade before installing it, return the blade to its
original position by turning the gear until you can see the triangle in the opening.
