Select [Polling Box] on the Home screen.
Place the originals.
Display the screen.
Select [Store File].
Select the type of originals, scanning density, etc., as necessary.
The table below lists the items to be set.

Storing Size
Automatically enlarges or reduces scanned originals
to match the storage size.
To ensure that the originals are stored in the correct
orientation, this indicates the orientation of the
original document top edge. To use the following
functions, select the orientation of the originals.
• 1-sided / 2-sided Selection
• Border Erase/Full Scan
Scans originals with the black frame around the
outside of the originals erased.
When scanning with the document processor open,
erase the extra shaded area.
Specify the original size to be scanned. Be sure to
always specify the original size when using custom
size original.
Select the image quality according to the original
image type.
Allows you to use the document processor to load
and store multiple originals of different sizes.
Allows you to divide originals that cannot be placed
in the document processor at one time into multiple
scans and then store the result as a single file. With
this function, originals continue to be scanned until
you select [Finish Scan].
Allows you to rename the files created from scanned
originals. You can also use this function to add the
job number and/or date.
Adjusts the density used for scanning originals.
Select the type and binding of originals.
Selects the storage size (the size of stored originals).
