Please remember that the “Duo Filter” must be replaced after 70 uses (or after 2 months), in order to ensure the filtration is as effective as possible.

It is important to use enough coffee to avoid over extraction. A small amount of coffee would be overwhelmed by a large volume of hot water.

Good quality bags have a one-way valve that allows gas and heat (from roasting) to escape but no air to enter the bag.

Periodically remove the cover to clean any heavy residue that may collect, especially from grinding dark, oily beans.
