Press the ON/OFF switch at the left side of the control panel to deactivate the appliance. After deactivation, the coffee machine starts the cleaning process. This helps the appliance to achieve better working conditions.

NOTE: The grinding coarseness may only be set when the appliance is not preparing any beverages. 2. Open the grinder cover. It is found before the coffee container.
