1 Always Follow This Precaution
Before installation, be sure to have a good understanding of the contents in Always Follow This Precaution
and install the product as described in the instructions. Precautionary symbols are used in these instructions
to ensure safe and proper installation of the product and to prevent injury to end-user and damage to
personal property. The definitions of these precautionary symbols are as follows.

When this symbol appears, precaution should be taken to ensure

There are two types of precautionary symbols. The symbols and definitions appear below.
This symbol indicates a prohibited
use of the product.
Avoid direct impact to the ceramic components as this will
break the ceramic and could result injury or property
damage due to a water leakage.
Do not bend the water-supply hose excessively or do not
damage it by a stub or blade;
otherwise the water-supply hose may be broken, resulting
in the defacement of household goods or damage to
properties due to a water leakage.
When the water shutoff valve is opened, do not disconnect
the water filter;
otherwise water will belch out.
Always use the provided or designated parts for the
installation process.

■Confirm that there is enough floor space to install the toilet unit and
that the bathroom door will open/close without obstruction.
※Be careful about interference between the window frame, shelf, storage case
and toilet bowl lid. A contact with the toilet bowl lid may make it impossible to
open the lid fully.
（The reference distance between the shelf or the storage case and the floor
surface must be bottom FL +1200mm )
■Before installation, check that the water-supply port and drainpipe
are in specified position as shown in the figure below.

■Before installation, measure the water pressure
The required minimum water pressure is 0.07 MPa (for 20 L/min flow). Note that
the product could not work properly unless this water pressure is secured. The
maximum water pressure is 0.75 MPa static. It is necessary to install the water
shutoff valve (angle stop) provided with the NEOREST. This will assure the proper
flow ratio is achieved and allow for optimum performance of the unit.
Caution 1：Even when any other appliances with faucets are used at the
same time in a lavatory and bathroom, the water pressure and
flow rate stated above are also required.
Caution 2：For the pipe, be sure to use a pipe 13 or more in nominal bore
diameter (to secure the water pressure and flow rate stated above).

Allow the water to flow into the bucket for 10 seconds and
measure the water volume.
