The refrigerator must be sealed in accordance with EN 1949. Illustrated below are two typical approved methods of sealing. Fume extraction Fume extraction must be arranged in such a way as to provide complete extraction of all products of combustion to an area outside the living area. The flue system must slope in an upward direction in order to avoid a build-up of condensation.
