3. Exit the menu:

10.1 Reset default values

Make sure the machine is in stand-by (off, but connected to the
mains power supply).
Press the buttons corresponding to beverages 1, 2 and

are reset to the default values.
The machine emits a long beep and all the indicator lights flash
to confirm the reset
