The compressor is switching on too frequently and for too long,
so the temperature in the appliance is dropping.

Possible cause
The temperature inside the
appliance is set too low.
The freezer compartment
door (depending on model)
is not closed properly.
A large amount of fresh
food has been put in at the
same time for freezing.
The Super cool function is
still switched on. It will
switch itself off
automatically after
approx.12 hours.
To save energy, the
compressor runs at a lower
speed when less cooling is
required. The compressor
will run for longer when this
happens.
Remedy
^ Select the correct
temperature setting.
^ Close the freezer
compartment door
(depending on model)
properly.
^ See "Freezing and storing
food" for more information.
You can switch off the Super
cool function earlier to save
energy.
^ Press the Super cool
button.
This is normal and does not
require attention.
