- Page 4 Allen Bolt (M6x45)mm Spring Washer Flat Washer (M6x1)mm Allen Key Step 1 Clockwise Prepare the assembly by placing Seat Frame (A), Front Leg (B) and Back Leg ( C), down onto a padded, non-marring surface. Arrange the components as shown above. Secure the Front Legs (B) and Back Legs (C) to Seat Frame (A) by using Allen Bolts (H-1), Spring Washers (H-2) and Flat Washers (H-3), stacking the hardware in the order as shown.
- Page 5 Step 2 Leverlers Feetcap. Turn the chair upright. Place Seat Cushion (E), Back Cushion (D) into position as shown. Ensure all bolts have been fully tightened. Assembly is now complete and the chair is ready for use. NOTE: Levelers can be used for additional adjustment (if needed). Ensure all bolts are fully tightened every 3 months to ensure stability.
- Page 6 CUSHION AND SLIP COVER CARE: For minor spots wipe with a wet cloth and use a mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Slip covers can also be placed in a washing machine. Remove the slip cover from the insert, do not place insert in the washing machine. Use gentle cycle, cold water and no bleach.
